Finally, you must be very effective when it comes to dealing with the competition. People in general like what is familiar and very few people like taking risks. Therefore, you don’t want to seem too radically different than your competition. Your audience must understand that you offer what your competition offers. However, you will also show them that you go above and beyond your competition. You must show them that you are willing to go even further then your competitors.
