Today I want to talk to you about language. Most people don’t pay attention to this vital area of life. You see, whether we realize it or not, we all communicate, not only with others, but also with ourselves. Have you ever examined how you choose to talk to yourself? Most people don’t realize it, but many times they choose to talk to themselves in disempowering ways.
Language Creates Reality
Language is very powerful, because through language you create reality. In the Bible, God the Creator speaks things into being. That is the magical power of language. When it comes to wanting to design a life of success and achievement, every single word you utter to yourself and to others matters.
The Questions You Ask
What kind of questions do you choose to ask? You can either ask negative questions or you can ask positive ones. For example, someone can ask: “Why am I always broke?” This is a negative question. A positive question goes something like this: “How can I double my income this year?” Can you grasp the difference between an empowering question and a disempowering one?
Every declaration you make also matters. It’s not just about questions. For example, when you use phrases like “I can’t do this because of this reason”, at that very moment you are participating in a self-fulfilling prophecy. You are subconsciously declaring that you can’t do something. Try to eliminate the word “can’t” from your vocabulary. Instead of using weak language that stops you from taking action, choose instead to declare that you can do anything you set your mind to do.
Master Your Emotions
At the end of the day, the person who succeeds in life is the person who is able to master his or her emotions. Successful people operate in a scientific way and through the power of their incredible minds. Less successful individuals are simply driven by their emotions, unable to use their minds properly because they are slaves to the way they feel at any particular moment.
Reprogram Your Mind
In order to change the way you talk and feel, it is imperative that you reprogram your mind. Whether you believe it or not, ever since you were born, you have been consistently programmed by your environment. Your environment is one of the most powerful forces that exists, and in order to overcome this limiting environment, you must discipline yourself to acquire new and superior knowledge.
The Power Of Self-Awareness
Successful people are self-aware beings. Mediocre people lack the self-awareness to improve. They are simply reactive beings whose actions are determined by what other people say about them and by their emotions. They are, like the Bible explains, ships without a captain who are driven by the waves of popular opinion. They have no choice of their own even as they profess to have one. Successful people break the chains of slavery and enjoy the wonders of freedom.
In order to escape the world of failure, you must develop clarity. It is not enough to simply state what you want out of life. You must have a “why”. Why do you want to be successful? It can’t be “just to be rich”. That is not a strong enough reason. Do you want to succeed for someone you love? Do you want to succeed for some kind of good cause you support? It needs to be a big enough “why” if you are to persist until the very end.
Who Will You Become?
I want to leave you with a final thought. Always focus on BEING rather than HAVING. Most people just focus on the material things they want to acquire. Advanced people focus on the type of person they wish to become. Only by becoming a new YOU will you receive the blessings you desire. There is no shortcut. You need to become great. No excuses are acceptable. Click on THIS LINK if you are ready for a BREAKTHROUGH.
